Booking Online:

Yo au can make a reservation anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, 365 days year. Reservations can be made online at Atlantic Choice

Booking by Phone:

You can make a reservation by phone on Mon-Fri between 9:00 - 19:00 GMT and Sat between 09:00 - 17:00 GMT. Unfortunately, our telephone reservations lines are closed on Sundays, however, you can still make a reservation through our web portal.

Following details are required to make a reservation with Atlantic Choice:
  • The dates and times of travel (and flight number if you're picking up from the airport)
  • The rental location(s) for collection and return
  • The type of vehicle you require (this isn't essential)
  • Driver's age.

Upon submission of details, we will first check the availability of vehicles and then provide you the best possible quote with best car rental companies. The quote includes mileage, third party insurance, CDW, theft waiver, airport surcharges, bail bonds (where needed) and all local taxes. After the quote, you can select your desired location. Select the car and after confirmation, you will be prompted to provide personal details.

Absolutely! However, it depends on the availability of cars. For each car, there will be a different reservation number. As vehicles are rented from different suppliers, you are requested to double-check the pickup and drop off locations as they are different for each vehicle.

Can I rent a truck/van with Atlantic Choice?
Trucks/Vans are available in some locations or some countries. Please check on our website for more information or call our representative for instant information.

To drive a truck, do I need a special driving license?
Not necessarily! You can drive most of our trucks with the regular driving license. However, you are advised to refer to our Terms & Conditions to know all the details regarding truck models.

Can I choose the car/ truck model?
All the vehicles may be booked by category. However, if the car/truck model availability is confirmed by our partner, you can book that as well. Please note that at the time of booking, we do not guarantee the specific model.

Can I choose the color of the car?
Not all the time. However, you can send us the request, and if available, we will try our best to provide you your desired color.

The actual cost of the rental generally depends on the category of the car, time of rental, period of rental and the location. Moreover, rental cost is charged per 24 hours. That is, if you return the car in 26 hours, our rental car supplier charges for 2 days. However, we do have one hour grace time period for your convenience. Therefore, if you return car in 25 hours, you will be charged for 1 day.

In case of Online Booking, reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email or fax. You are advised to print this receipt and keep it with you. At the time you collect the car, you will receive Rental Agreement which includes all the details on your booking.

It varies from country to country. In some countries, if you’re under 21 years of age, you may not be permitted to rent a car. In other countries the minimum age is 18 or over. You’re also required to have a driving license held for at least 1 year for renting a car.

Yes! Normally only the person who makes the booking is allowed to drive the car. However, if others plan to drive the car, they should be included in the Rental Agreement when the car is collected. The facility will be charged, please see Terms & Conditions!

Again, it varies from country to country and car category as well. If your country allows to cross borders with vehicle, our rental partner’s consent may be required. If these conditions are met, you can drive into another country.

All the rental vehicles must be driven only on the regularly maintained roads. Driving rental cars on off-roads is a direct violation of Rental Agreement.

  1. 1. A Driving License: You will need to provide an authentic driving license. The pertinent driving license should be issued by the resident country and it should also be permitted in the visiting country.
  2. 2. A Valid Credit Card
  3. 3. A Passport or National ID Card: An identification document, such as passport or national ID card is also required.
  4. 4. A prepaid voucher (with a specified value or the mention Group Days apply), you must also present a credit card for the charges which have not been repaid (extras, refueling charge, excess due in case of damage to or loss of the rented vehicle).

Note: Both photo card and paper counterpart is required to produce for UK residents only. For Non UK Residents you might need produce International Driving license if your license is not valid or Characters are not readable in the rental Country.

No! But, in Australia, there are certain destination that limits the mileage. Other than that, you are allowed to drive as many miles as you want.
However, we suggest that no individual driver be at the wheel all the time. Also, you should take appropriate rest during the travel. Remember, tiredness can kill!

It depends on your rental package. For normal packages, the rental car comes with a tank full of fuel. However, you need to refuel the tank before returning the car, otherwise the refueling charges will apply.

No! Your rental package cost includes the insurance cost. However, if you want any extra or special insurance, it should be mentioned in the Rental Agreement, which will be charged accordingly.

Yes! All vehicles in UK are covered for Legal Liability, Third Party and Public Liability, as required by law. It is automatically included in the Rental Agreement.

Most rental packages include cost for vehicle damage - Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Extra CDW can be purchased through our online portal. Please remember that if your rental provider does not cover you for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), then you will pay the value up to the replacement of car, whether or not it was fault.

Yes! Super Personal Accident Insurance (SPAI) covers insurance for baggage and personal effects. You can buy it through our online portal or ask at rental desk when you pick up your rental vehicle.

First of all you must check the car yourself if there’s any fault in it. If there’s anything that is not functional, you must tell the rental agent who will record it on the rental agreement. Most of our rental partners provide a 24-hour emergency service in case of car break down or accident, for which, the emergency number is written on rental agreement as well as on the screen.
If you incur an accident, you are strictly advised to make a joint report in cooperation with the other person in collision. If you don’t, you may have to pay for the cost of the damage done to the car. Our rental partners will be available for any such situation to guide and assist you.

Yes! You can extend the rental duration. It depends on the vehicle availability and extra payment. In case you want to extend rental duration, you will have to call or go to the nearest rental location and get it done. The extra payment for rental extension will be paid in the currency of rental country.

The drop off location is normally the same as the pickup location. However, it will be communicated to you at the time of pickup. If you drop off at a different location, a one-way fee will be charged for the collection.

Yes! You may return the car even when the rental location is closed. However, please note that you are responsible for the vehicle until it has been checked by our car hire partner representative.

We are afraid you will not get a refund in the case of unused or partly used car rental voucher/ e-Booking. However if the amendment or cancellation request was made before before pickup date, Please refer to Amendment or cancellation fee in our Terms and conditions.

If you return the car within 1 hour late, no extra fee will be charged. However, if you return it more than 1 hour late, an extra fee of full day will be charged. Moreover, please note that you are only covered (insured) for the time period mentioned in the rental agreement.

Yes! Our vehicles generally come with a full tank. You are advised to refuel the tank and then return the car. In any other case, a payment for a full tank will be charged.

Absolutely yes! You must check the car for any defect before you pick up and if you find any new defect you must inform the car hire supplier employee for a joint investigation before you leave the keys at the counter.

Additional charges to your rental rate may include:

  • Additional Driver charge: If you want more drivers to drive the car, every extra drive will be charged. Any such extra drivers should be mentioned in the rental agreement.
  • Young Driver Charge See our terms and conditions.
  • Premium Location Charge: An additional fee is charged for a premium location eg Airport or Railway service charges etc
  • Any additional equipment: Any additional items, such as Child Seat, roof/sky racks etc. will be charged as well.
  • Refuel Tank Fee: If you do not return vehicle with refuel tank, then you will have to pay for a refuel tank fee.
  • Out of hors service: If you pick up or return the car outside normal opening hours some locations may bill you for ’’ Out of hours Service’’ please check at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via:
  1. Prepaid vouchers are accepted as mode of payment for rental charges, however, they must be coupled with credit card for the advance charges of any extra items, refueling, car damage and loss of vehicle etc.
  2. 2. Cash/ cheques are accepted for only the lowest vehicle categories at some locations, however terms and conditions apply and in any case the driver must present a valid credit card in his/her own name as a guarantee upon pickup.
